Philippe Lecauchois, better known in France as "Phil of Boogie Times" and Claudio Casalini, factotum of Best Record, have teamed up with the intention of pursuing their identical passion, dedicating themselves to Boogie, Funk, Soul and "Old School Disco" .
There couldn't have been a better choice, combining passions and shared ideals, reissuing "Come Back Lover", a magnificent song written, arranged and produced by Carl Theodore Smith and mastered by the legendary Herb Powers Jr. about 4 decades ago.
